Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Engineering, Education, Management, and/or Technology 

At least two (2) years of job-related experience in a business or academic setting 

Excellent written and oral communication skills; advanced skill in MS Office and use of web-based tools; adept at problem-solving and critical thinking; diligent with work and open to training and learning
